Does Everything Need to be Organized?

'Yes!'- Is the simple answer but let's talk out the behind bits of the question. When we think organizing sometimes we just think the day-to-day stuff or bigger aspects needs a sorted system.
Yeah, there should probably be somewhere to put entryway drop zone stuff but do we really need a place for our shoes, bags and keys? While specific styles will play a role in the how-to's of organizing each other those things, the point is all of those things need a home. Maybe they share a space but a designated space is still creating an organized 'home'.
Another example could be a junk drawer. I know not all countries or regions even have such a thing but I'm obsessed with mine so let's talk about it. Writing utensils, cup covers, scissors, tape, lighters, and a few other things are 'homed' inside that drawer. In the big picture, that drawer is the home for those things so whomever is looking for them knows where to find them. Even the not used often lighters still have a home. They just happen share a space with the scissors that are used almost daily. The layers from there will be determined on your personal organizing style for success and how to set up the details in that space but the start is, yes, everything is organized because it has a designated spot to go.
It's kind of like putting the milk away. We know it's going to go in the fridge so if you're looking for it later, that's where you start. It's organized to the point of you know where to go to find it when you're looking for it. From there, the details of does it live on the first or third shelf will be determined on your personal style.
