Take a few minutes to update important household medical, health, insurance, and emergency information before the busy end-of-year season.

Apparently, “It’s Probably Written Down Somewhere” Is Not a System

November is already a lot.

Holiday plans are starting. Calendars are filling up. People are traveling. We’re figuring out who’s hosting, who’s bringing what, and whether anyone has suddenly developed a dietary restriction we were supposed to remember.

And before another year sneaks up on us, this feels like a pretty good time to check something slightly less exciting but considerably more important:

our household health information.

Because apparently, “I know that information… I think” isn’t the organizational system I want to rely on.

Good thing I made a binder. 😂

One Section. That’s It.

This month we’re pulling out the Home Management Binder again, but we’re not working through the whole thing.

We’re focusing on the Medical & Health Information section.

Take a few minutes to make sure the important information you keep for your household is still current.

Doctors and providers. Medications. Allergies. Insurance information. Emergency information. Anything that’s changed since the last time you looked.

This can also be a helpful time to think about allergies or dietary needs before holiday meals, gatherings, and travel start filling the calendar.

We’re not organizing our entire lives today.

We’re checking one section.

Your Free Home Management Binder Is Ready

Already have it?

Even better.

Don’t download it again. Go find the one I already gave you. 😂

Open the Medical & Health Information section. Update what has changed. Put it back.

Done.

Because the whole point of organizing this information isn’t to create a beautiful binder.

It’s to be able to find what you need when you actually need it.

Small wins matter. Stay Hopeful.
