To keep scheduling fair and flexible for everyone, all appointments must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
